This policy explains how VIA MAIORA LLC (“Maiora Apps”, “we”, “us”) handles information in the PromptMaiora app (on the web, on Android and on Windows) and on this website, www.maioraapps.com.
- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name or email to use the app.
- What you type stays on your device. We don't collect, store or sell it.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies.
- If you choose to open a prompt in ChatGPT or Claude, the prompt goes to that service, under its own privacy policy.
1. Information we don't collect
We don't collect personal information through the app. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't use cookies. The app's files, including its fonts, come from our own website, so using the app doesn't send requests to analytics, advertising or font services.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves your settings (such as your language), your saved prompts and your drafts in your device's local storage (your browser's storage on the web, the app's storage on Android and Windows). This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data for MaioraApps.com in your browser settings, or by clearing the app's storage on your device.
3. Information processed when you visit the website
When your device loads this website or the app's files, our web hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.) automatically receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, the type of browser and the pages requested, as part of normal server operation and security. We use this information only to keep the service running and secure. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't combine it with other information.
4. Services you choose to use
The “Open in ChatGPT” and “Open in Claude” buttons copy your prompt to your device's clipboard and open the chosen service with the prompt filled in. From that moment, the prompt is handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude). We don't receive a copy. The same applies when you paste a prompt into any AI service yourself.
5. App stores
If you install the app from Google Play or the Microsoft Store, the store processes information about your download and your device under its own privacy policy. The stores may give us aggregated statistics (such as the number of installs) and anonymous crash reports, which we use only to improve the app.
6. Email
If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as needed for that. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you. Because the app doesn't collect personal information, we normally hold none. For anything related to an email you sent us, contact us and we will help.
9. Security
The website and the app are delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Information saved by the app is protected by your device's own security.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If we ever add features that collect information, such as accounts or online AI features, we will update this policy before they launch.
