These terms apply to the PromptMaiora app (on the web, on Android and on Windows) and to this website, provided by VIA MAIORA LLC (“Maiora Apps”, “we”, “us”). By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the app

You may use PromptMaiora for personal and business purposes, free of charge. Please don't misuse it: don't try to disrupt the website, copy or resell the app itself, or use it to break the law.

2. Your content

The prompts you write and generate are yours. You are responsible for how you use them, and for following the terms of any AI service you use them with.

3. Other services

PromptMaiora can open your prompt in services run by other companies, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Those services are not run by us, and their own terms apply. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Gemini is a trademark of Google. Copilot is a trademark of Microsoft. Maiora Apps is not affiliated with these companies.

4. No guarantee

We work hard to make PromptMaiora useful, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. AI answers can be wrong: always check important results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VIA MAIORA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of the app, the website, or the answers of any AI service.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we change the terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
